Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing my services. I try My best to provide you outstanding services. If you're not entirely satisfied with My services, I'm here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1 Quality Issues:
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
1.2 Technical Problems:
In case of any technical errors or issues that prevent the proper functioning of the deliverables.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 Contact Me:
Please reach out to Me within 7 days of receiving the completed work. Describe the specific issue and provide relevant evidence (screenshots, descriptions, etc.).
2.2 Resolution:
If your refund request is approved, I will initiate the refund process. Depending on the payment method, it might take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
3.1 Change of Mind:
If you decide that you no longer need the services after the work has been initiated or completed.
3.2 Client's Mistake:
If errors or issues arise due to incorrect information or requirements provided by the client. I will still try my best to refund, according to the situation.
3.3 Work Approval:
Once you approve the final work, refunds will not be issued for changes of heart.
3.3 Shop Items:
If the payment is done for purchasing one of my shop listings, I will be unable to provide you with refund. As I wont have the "Refund" option on my dashboard.
